Your booking will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service providers (e.g., hotel, airline, tour operator).

3. Booking and Payments

1. Booking Process:

When you make a booking through SoulPlanners.com, you are making an offer to purchase a service. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us, which will include details of your booking and a confirmation number. Please review your confirmation carefully and immediately report any discrepancies.

Prices generally include applicable taxes, but please check the specific booking details for clarity. Full payment or a specified deposit is required at the time of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
